Joint degree programme

The aim of the combined degree programme is to give high school graduates the opportunity to complete their studies and vocational training at the same time. The combination of a high-quality degree programme and sound practical vocational training offers you a fast and secure start to a successful career.

In the combined degree programme, your Bachelor's degree is combined with regular vocational training in our company as well as further practical work experience.

Study in the field of civil engineering with vocational training (e.g. bricklayer (m/f/d), draughtsman (m/f/d) or building materials tester (m/f/d))

Study in the field of business administration with vocational training (e.g. office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d))

Study programme with in-depth practice

Your Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or business administration at a university is combined with intensive practical phases during the semester break and your internship semester in our company.

A full-time Master's programme with in-depth practical experience is also possible. In this case, you will spend at least 34 weeks at our company, mainly during the semester holidays and during the time you are working on your Master's thesis.

You will not only receive your attractive monthly salary during the training and practical phases, but also the same amount during the study phases*!

BACHL Trainee Team Training

It is particularly important to us that the trainees enjoy learning. And that they can then put this into practice in the long term.
In a joint final examination as part of our BACHL trainee team training, the trainees have to show how they interact in a larger group and achieve a common goal.
